Insur_space was born in 2018 with the purpose of creating win-win relationships between the MAPFRE Group and the entrepreneurial ecosystem: startups get to scale their products and access new markets, while MAPFRE explores new value propositions that push the envelope in traditional insurance.
Insur_space has a dedicated team and an independent budget so that the business areas can explore freely, with no worries. While the corporate team is based in Madrid (Spain), insur_space drives initiatives around the world involving any MAPFRE entity or brand.
